For almost as long as the web has been around, people have been writing blogs. For almost as long as that, lawyers have been trying to copy them. Now, I shall proudly step where everyone has stepped before and copy the copiers of the copiers:

Welcome to my blog! I am Attorney Travis Gold. I have a middling knowledge of social media, a better than middling knowledge of the law, and a lot of friends and family to yell at me when this thing is heading off the rails. With all of that, I plan to inform and entertain about issues related to the law, what I do at my practice, and (hopefully) some of what I do while not at my practice.

If people like what they see, awesome. If they learn something, even better. If not, it's small beans. As Six, DeAnna, Roslin, that weird hybrid from Razor, and 18 zillion other Battlestar Galactica characters once said, "all of this has happened before, and will happen again."
